Using Timber
SEO & sitemaps
You don't need an SEO plugin. The basics are done for you; you just fill in the words.
Per page and post#
Every page and post has SEO title and meta description fields with a Google-style preview and character counters. Leave them blank and Timber uses the title and the excerpt.

apple-touch-icon, and an RSS<link>.
Sitemap, robots and RSS#
- **
/sitemap.xml** lists the live version's home, published pages, form pages, the blog and posts, withlastmodand images. It's built live, or you can generate a static file for a chosen base URL. - **
/robots.txt** disallows/padmin/and/v/and links the sitemap. - **
/feed.xml** is an RSS 2.0 feed of your latest posts with full content.
Redirects and short links#
Site Settings → Redirects manages 301/302 redirects and short links (/li → your LinkedIn). They work even in maintenance mode, count hits, and run before anything else. Choose what unknown URLs do: show the branded 404 page, or send visitors home.
Previews are never indexed#
Version previews (/v/…) and admin pages are noindex and no-store.
